Gautam Malik

Chief Executive Officer

Gautam Malik is a dynamic and results-driven leader with an exceptional track record of enhancing operational performance, introducing profitable products, and successfully managing high-priority international projects. As the driving force behind Team GJ P&L, encompassing Gamber-Johnson, PMT, Premier, InfoCase, and Lind, Gautam has played a pivotal role in the multinational company’s success. Joining Gamber-Johnson in 2003, Gautam’s ascent through the ranks showcases his commitment and expertise. Starting as a Manufacturing intern, he swiftly progressed through roles such as Quality representative, Manufacturing Engineer, Lean Champion, Director of Operations, COO, President, and now the CEO. Since 2009, he has been an integral part of the leadership team, instrumental in the company’s growth. Gautam’s strategic vision extends beyond national borders, where he spearheaded the international expansion of the Gamber-Johnson family of brands. With a passion for lean manufacturing, he has been a driving force behind the company’s lean transformation for two decades. Gautam holds a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune in India. He is a certified quality auditor, a Six Sigma Black Belt recognized by the American Society of Quality, and holds a lean certificate from the University of Kentucky. Gautam’s multifaceted expertise and leadership have been instrumental in shaping Team GJ’s success in the global marketplace.

Mathew Snyder

Chief Financial Officer

Mathew joined the executive leadership team in 2021 and oversees accounting, finance, tax, audit, insurance, and IT for Gamber-Johnson. He started his career as a tax accountant in the public sector before stepping into a cost controller role at Kerry Group. Additionally, Mathew has held roles in shared services, corporate finance, and sales controlling. Prior to joining the company, he was the Director of Finance for the North American business unit at Wacker Neuson Group. Mathew holds both a BBA in Accounting and a Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He also has a CPA license in the state of Wisconsin.

Mark Furrow

Director of Sales - Domestic

Mark joined Gamber-Johnson in 2010 with over 24 years of experience in sales leadership. Mark is an accomplished Sales Leader known for driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and creating strategic sales initiatives. As the Director of Sales, Mark uses these skills to drive organizational success, foster a culture of excellence, and spearhead initiatives that propel the company toward continued growth, profitability, and achievement. With a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and optimizing processes across diverse industries. Mark’s expertise lies in developing comprehensive sales strategies that capitalize on market opportunities, enhance customer relationships, and foster long-term business partnerships. Mark’s leadership style emphasizes mentorship and empowerment, cultivating teams to achieve their maximum potential. Mark is keen to identify emerging trends, adapt to market changes, and implement innovative solutions that drive revenue while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Before assuming the role of Director of Sales, Mark held various positions within sales, honing his skills in sales operations, business development, and account management. This multifaceted background equips him with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of the sales landscape. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Malone University and an Executive MBA from the University of Tennessee and has attended numerous sales and leadership training programs, further enriching his strategic and tactical understanding in the field of sales management. Mark’s commitment to staying in tune with industry best practices and emerging technologies to elevate sales performance continually.

Ian Davies

Director of International Sales

Ian joined Gamber-Johnson in 2016, bringing 20 years of International Technical and Sales experience in Mobile Computing and Data Capture Solutions. As part of Gamber-Johnson’s award-winning global expansion strategy, Ian joined as European Sales Manager and, being based in the United Kingdom was the first member of the team from outside of North America.  In 2020, Ian assumed responsibility for the Team GJ International Sales Operation, recruiting and leading a group of high-achieving, experienced sales and support professionals across 5 continents, exporting to over 54 countries and counting. Apart from working with an amazing team, Ian particularly enjoys the daily engagement with Team GJ’s OEM, Channel Partner, and end-user community, ensuring Customer Satisfaction, Quality, and Teamwork in delivering Innovative products to help Mount, Power, and Carry Mobile Computing Technology wherever it is required. Ian resides with his wife and three children in Dorking, near London, is a proud Welshman, helps coach Junior Rugby, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Swansea University.

Phillip Blair

HR Director

Phillip joined Gamber-Johnson in 2020 as the Director of Human Resources. In his role, Phillip oversees all functional areas of human resources, including Gamber-Johnson’s Destination Employer Strategy. Phillip holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point and two graduate certificates in business and human resource management from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. Phillip’s favorite part of working for Gamber-Johnson is our amazing team members. Our team members are the reason we have been a great place to work certified since 2021, were recently named on Fortune Magazine’s Top Manufactures to Work for in the United States, and ranked number 14 on the Nation’s Healthiest Employer list.

Jason Lewandowski

General Manager - Gamber-Johnson & Premiere Mounts

Since 2007, Jason has managed Gamber-Johnson’s engineering and product development efforts. He also oversees product cells that manage several Gamber-Johnson product portfolios. Before being appointed Vice President of Engineering, he was a Design Engineer responsible for designing products for various product lines. Jason holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology Management, and a project management certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

Reuben Powell

General Manager - PMT

Reuben joined PMT in 1999 while attending Mount Royal College in Calgary, Alberta. He has held numerous positions and roles throughout his time at PMT and became PMT’s General Manager in 2017. With certificates in Lean Business Management, computer programming, and CAD, Reuben’s experience and passion for product design and manufacturing have brought many successful products to the market while helping PMT become an international leader. When spare time permits, Reuben volunteers with local MTB trail organizations and helps coach hockey in the winter. Avid in anything outdoors, you can catch Reuben with his family on the slopes of the Rocky Mountains or the lakes of the Kootenays in British Columbia. www.precisionmounts.com

John Matthews Jr

General Manager - InfoCase

Born and raised in Ohio, John’s Midwestern values have served him well! John has prospered by consistently living those fundamental values. His strong work ethic, humility, and determination to “do the right thing” are now more about who he is than what he does. And those values have been instrumental in helping him prosper personally and professionally. John began his career at InfoCase in 1999.  He brought a drive, determination, and results-oriented nature that led to him quickly taking on additional roles and responsibilities.  Thus began a significant stage of personal growth for John. He worked hard and smart, and InfoCase flourished.  This was accomplished because of his balanced approach that included an eye on the bottom line and the growth/success of the team. This led to John’s becoming co-owner and president of InfoCase in 2008.  It was during the years between 2008 and the acquisition of InfoCase in 2022 that John evolved and developed his leadership and management style. With an eye toward continued “Servant leadership”, but also lead the team to achieve significant growth and success of InfoCase. Outside of work, John also volunteers as a board member for a local non-profit organization in Cincinnati, Ohio.  He also enjoys spending time with his wife, five children, and three grandchildren.  Traveling with his family and participating in outdoor activities and some of his favorite past-times. www.infocase.com

Joe Carlin

General Manager - Lind Electronics

Joe joined the Lind team in 2023 after the acquisition of Lind by Gamber-Johnson. Joe is responsible for Lind’s P&L, day-to-day operations, and integration into the broader Gamber-Johnson network. Joe started his career in distribution before pivoting to manufacturing. Joe has broad experience in operations and Lean manufacturing. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Bemidji State University and an Executive MBA from the University of St Thomas. www.lindelectronics.com

Darrell Martin

Marketing Manager

Darrell joined Gamber-Johnson in 2021 and leads the corporate marketing team, overseeing our Team GJ brands domestically and internationally. Before joining GJ, he spent nearly ten years as the Marketing Director at a local manufacturer. He was familiar with Gamber-Johnson through the Public Safety market and helped develop GTM strategies for those competitor products. At Gamber-Johnson, he has developed processes to increase brand awareness through a global branding strategy to support all our Team GJ brands: Gamber-Johnson, PMT, Premier Mounts, Zirkona Outdoors, InfoCase, and Lind Electronics. Outside of work, Darrell enjoys spending time with his three kids (1-girl, 2-boys) and his wife Trista on their beef cattle farm. He also enjoys traveling with his family, hiking, camping, off-roading, and if snow is on the ground, you can believe he is itching to get his snowmobiles out. He is also pursuing his MBA at UWSP and has completed multiple leadership certifications throughout his career.

Sarah Ceballos

IT & Corporate Security Manager

Sarah Ceballos is a dynamic IT & Corporate Security Manager renowned for her people-first philosophy. Her unique talent for bridging the gap between people and technology is at the heart of her success. Sarah’s strategic vision and exceptional leadership have played a pivotal role in leveraging systems to accelerate business growth at an unprecedented pace. Her approach is about managing technology and harnessing it as a tool to empower people and processes. Beyond the confines of corporate walls, Sarah’s influence extends into the community. She is an avid soccer coach, recognized for her remarkable sports contributions. Her dedication and skill earned her the prestigious title of ‘Coach of the Year.’ Sarah’s community-focused spirit is a testament to her belief in giving back and nurturing talent at all levels.

Jess Gilmeister

Accounting Supervisor

Jess joined Gamber-Johnson in 2022 as a Senior Accountant and was promoted to Accounting Supervisor shortly thereafter. She is responsible for reviewing and presenting the financials to the lead team and overseeing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cost Accounting. Other responsibilities include taking the lead on Audits and budgets.  Before joining the Gamber-Johnson team, she was a Senior Accountant at Ki Mobility, a wheelchair manufacturing company. She started her Accounting career at Midwest Hardware Association as an Accounting Assistant.  Jess holds a bachelor’s degree from Lakeland University.

Steve Pettit

Operations Manager

Steven joined the company in 2018 as a Manufacturing Engineer to help kick off Gamber’s automation journey.  In 2021, he transitioned into overseeing the facility and the Production, Warehouse, Shipping, and Service teams.  His passion for utilizing automation to reduce waste has helped the company continue to scale and meet customers’ needs. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering, a minor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Kerri Quinnell

Purchasing Manager

Kerri joined Gamber-Johnson LLC in 2022 and leads the Purchasing Team. She brings over 20 years of purchasing and project management experience, mainly in the medical device industry.

Steve Williams

Engineering Manager

Steve has over 20 years of product design experience in various fields.  He holds 8 patents, 3 of which were awarded while working at Gamber-Johnson.  He worked at Gamber-Johnson from 2010 to 2013 and re-joined in 2022, transitioning to Engineering Manager in 2023.  Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from LeTourneau University.

Kari Wroblewski

Quality Manager

Kari joined Gamber in 2021 and heads the Quality team.  Before joining Gamber, she spent over 20 years in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries in Quality and project management roles. Kari holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Bemidji State University and is a Certified Quality Auditor and a Certified Supplier Quality Professional through ASQ.

Sean Hall

National Sales Manager

Born on a Navy base in Corpus Christi, Sean Scott Hall first moved to Northeast Florida at seven, and after many years and moves is now able to call Jacksonville home. Hall earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of North Florida, where he was in Army ROTC, served in the student senate, and was warden of his fraternity, Pi Kappa Phi. He used his ROTC training as an Airborne/Infantry officer in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard for 14 years, serving in numerous deployments in Europe and the Middle East. Sean is an I.T. sales professional with Gamber-Johnson as the National Sales Manager for the U.S. and Canada markets. Having 13 direct reports allows Sean to do what he loves: mentoring and coaching his sales team. Before joining GJ, Sean was a manager at Panasonic Computer Solutions Company, leading the sales for the Eastern half of the United States and influencing from an international perspective. Sean serves on the Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville board and is a member of the Citizens Oversight Committee for The Better Jacksonville Plan. Sean serves on the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund Board (JDRF). He is also a graduate and member of Leadership Jacksonville (Class of 2010), a graduate of Leadership Florida (Cornerstone Class 39), a graduate and member of the first Jacksonville Regional Political Leadership Institute class, and the Springfield Preservation and Revitalization Council (SPAR). He lives in Springfield with his wife, Kerri Stewart, his daughter, Emily, and three dogs.

Krista Slusarski

Customer Service Manager

Krista joined the company in 2008 as inside sales support before becoming the international team’s dedicated Customer Service Representative.  In 2023, she transitioned into the Customer Service Manager role. Krista holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
